Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service?
We’re looking for a Client Account Manager (CAM) to act as the key connection point between our clients and our internal teams. In this role, you’ll ensure clients receive timely, high‑quality support while nurturing long‑term partnerships and strengthening their overall experience with our company.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, delivering outstanding service and acting as the face of the company.
Manage daily client and carrier communications, including monitoring and responding to client inboxes.
Implement new client procedures and ensure accurate processing of freight bills.
Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team members, as applicable.
Support client retention and growth through proactive, responsive communication and issue resolution.

Experience: 12–18 months of experience in client services, account management, logistics, or a related field.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Equivalent combination of education and 2–3 years of relevant experience accepted.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish.
Location: 100% remote (all necessary equipment provided).

Fully remote work environment
Flex-scheduling (40+ hours/week) with core hours Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM CST and Fridays, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM CST (half-day Fridays!), with remaining hours flexed.
