Client Experience Lead
Job Summary of Client Experience Lead:
This position plays a vital role in supporting front-end operations and delivering outstanding customer experiences. This individual will lead day-to-day customer service activities while modeling professionalism, encouraging team collaboration, and ensuring a customer-first approach across all interactions. The role requires leadership capabilities, a solutions-focused mindset, and a commitment to maintaining operational efficiency and friendly service standards.
- Job Duties and Responsibilities of Client Experience Lead:
- Oversee and enhance customer support activities at the front end of the store, promoting a welcoming and well-maintained ambiance.
- Emphasize the significance of Burlington’s customer-first mindset to front-end staff members and foster a culture that reflects this philosophy.
- Manage register transactions and promptly resolve customer concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
- Foster quick and amiable checkouts by guiding the team through coaching and hands-on support.
- Facilitate the organization of team members’ break and meal timings while upholding store coverage criteria.
- Qualifications and Experience of Client Experience Lead:
- Applicants must be willing to work flexible hours, which could include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Competent leadership skills and the knack for motivating team members in a swiftly evolving environment.
- Effective at addressing problems, communicating well, and providing top-notch customer service.
- Competent in lifting boxes of 40 pounds or more and being able to stand or walk for extended periods without difficulty.
