Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Client Partner, Healthcare to lead and drive revenue growth,

optimize gross margin, and manage complex client relationships within the payer market.

This leadership role focuses on digital transformation, product development, and infrastructure

improvements . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large accounts

and will work with the latest technologies to improve client outcomes and grow business within

the Healthcare BU.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Client Relationship Management:

o Lead and manage key client relationships for top-tier Healthcare clients (payers)

serving as a senior-level point of contact and trusted advisor.

o Develop and implement strategies to meet client business objectives, ensuring

long-term satisfaction, retention, and growth.

o Build and nurture strong relationships with C-suite executives, ensuring alignment

on business goals and technology initiatives.

Revenue Growth & GM Optimization:

o Oversee and manage multi-million accounts, driving the identification of new

revenue streams and expanding business opportunities within existing accounts.

o Focus on optimizing gross margin (GM) by identifying opportunities to reduce

costs while enhancing service offerings, operational efficiency, and product

quality.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, product) to maximize

revenue growth and profitability while maintaining a high level

of client satisfaction.

Digital Transformation Leadership:

o Lead clients through their digital transformation journeys, implementing the

latest technologies to streamline operations, enhance product development, and

improve overall business performance.

o Advise clients on the best use of emerging technologies to improve business

processes, reduce time-to-market, and elevate product offerings.

o Ensure seamless integration of digital solutions across client infrastructures,

aligning with client goals and strategic initiatives.

Product Development & Infrastructure Experience:

o Leverage your expertise in product development to support clients in the

creation and optimization of healthcare products, from ideation to

commercialization.

o Work with clients to improve their infrastructure, ensuring it is scalable, efficient,

and aligned with industry best practices.

o Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from planning and design

through to implementation, ensuring high-quality outcomes and

meeting client specifications.

Client Success & Reporting:

o Regularly present comprehensive progress reports to clients and internal

stakeholders, focusing on revenue growth, GM optimization, and the impact of

digital initiatives.

o Ensure that client expectations are consistently exceeded, and address any

challenges or concerns to sustain strong, long-term relationships.

o Provide clients with strategic recommendations based on a deep understanding of

the market, competitive landscape, and technological advancements.

Qualifications:

Experience:

o 10+ years of experience with a strong focus on client partnerships in the

healthcare industry focusing on the PAYERS market.

o Proven track record of managing large accounts (up to $40 million) and

driving revenue growth and gross margin optimization.

o Extensive experience in digital transformation, product development,

and infrastructure improvements within the healthcare domain

o Experience working with C-suite executives and managing complex, high-

value client relationships.

Skills:

o Expertise in product development and infrastructure optimization within

healthcare, with the ability to guide clients through the full lifecycle of product

development and operational efficiency improvements.

o Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage large client budgets, optimize

revenue, and maintain profitability.

o Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

o Ability to manage large, complex accounts and deliver strategic value across

multiple client needs and objectives.

o Strong project management skills, ensuring the timely and effective delivery

of client projects.

Education:

o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare, or a related field

(Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
