Key Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers, being attentive to their needs and providing personalized support.
- Manage customer orders with accuracy, perform transactions precisely, and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Support the efficient management of inventory by assisting with restocking, reordering, and returns, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and team members.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention to detail.
- Basic math skills and ability to operate equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of home improvement products and tools is an asset.
- Availability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Endurance to stand, bend, and walk for prolonged periods.
- Ability to operate ladders and other equipment safely and effectively.
