Client Specialist – Sales & Growth
D1 Training | Corona, CA
$25–$30/hr + Commission + Growth Opportunity
D1 Training isn’t your typical gym—and this isn’t your typical front desk job.
We are a high-performance, athletic-based training facility for adults and youth athletes (ages 7+), focused on helping people get stronger, faster, and more confident—in sport and in life.

As a Client Specialist, you are the first step in delivering that promise.
The Opportunity
This is a sales-driven, high-energy role for someone who thrives on interaction, competition, and results. You’ll be the face of D1—connecting with athletes, parents, and adults, and guiding them into programs that change their lives.

What You’ll Own (Your Impact)
- Drive Revenue & Membership Growth
- Turn walk-ins, leads, and inquiries into committed members
- Confidently present D1 programs and pricing
- Consistently hit and exceed sales targets
- Lead Generation & Community Presence
- Generate new business through calls, texts, and outreach
- Represent D1 at local events, schools, and sports communities
- Build partnerships that expand our reach in the Corona area
- Build Real Relationships
- Understand each client’s goals and match them to the right program
- Create an exceptional first impression and onboarding experience
- Be the bridge between athletes, parents, and coaches
- Retention & Experience
- Help keep members engaged, excited, and committed
- Support ongoing communication and client satisfaction
- Team & Growth Mindset
- Collaborate with coaches and leadership to drive results
- Contribute ideas to improve sales systems and processes
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and special events

- 2+ years in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable engaging with both youth athletes and adults
- Organized, driven, and goal-oriented
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
- Compensation & Growth
- $25–$30/hour (based on experience)
- Commission on individual + team sales performance
