They are seeking a Client Success Manager to serve as the primary contact for key brand, agency, and publisher accounts, ensuring seamless ad campaign execution and driving client satisfaction and growth. Responsibilities Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service throughout the campaign lifecycle Partner with Campaign Managers and Ad Operations to translate client goals into effective programmatic and digital media campaigns strategies and flawless execution Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell opportunities and maintain alignment on client needs and revenue growth Provide clients with clear, actionable updates on pacing, performance, and optimizations to maximize ROI in a strategic, easy-to-digest format Act as the bridge between clients, operations, and sales teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across all stakeholders Maintain deep knowledge of client history and campaign performance to strengthen partnerships Skills 1+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or programmatic advertising Familiarity with DSPs (
