Client Success Specialist β UEM
About the Role
The Client Success Specialist β UEM supports clients using our Utility Expense Management (UEM) services. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, ensuring accurate execution of services, and providing proactive support to maintain strong client satisfaction and retention.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, client-focused, and comfortable working cross-functionally to resolve issues and deliver a consistent client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Support & Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned UEM clients
- Manage ongoing client requests, questions, and service needs
- Provide proactive communication to ensure clients understand processes, timelines, and expectations
- Support renewals and retention efforts through consistent engagement
- Service Coordination & Issue Resolution
- Partner with Billing, Operations, and internal teams to resolve client issues
- Monitor account activity to identify and escalate risks or service concerns
- Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions and updates
- Operational & Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate client records, notes, and documentation
- Follow established SOPs and contribute to process improvements
- Support reporting related to client health, trends, and performance
- Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Customer Support, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting utility billing, UEM, SaaS, or operational services preferred
- Work Environment
- Fully remote
- Prolonged periods of computer-based work
- Regular written and verbal client communication
Compensation
Salary range will be based on experience and qualifications.
