They are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Client Training Specialist to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for their website and software clients. The role involves guiding clients through the onboarding process, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining strong client relationships to promote long-term success. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process Conduct kickoff meetings to explain the onboarding process, set expectations, and address client questions Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience during the onboarding process Work closely with clients to gather all required materials, including data, logos, images, content, branding guidelines, and any other assets needed for their website or software Provide clear instructions and templates to streamline material submission Ensure all materials meet project standards and deadlines Maintain accurate records of client interactions, materials, and project statuses using our CRM or project management tools Prepare regular reports on onboarding progress and client feedback for the Success Associate Team Lead Skills Experience in client onboarding, account management, or a similar customer-facing role Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric approach Proficiency in using CRM and project management tools (Hubspot and JIRA) Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and challenges Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with website development processes and terminology is a plus Benefits Medical, dental, and vision Health Savings Account Paid Time Off Special shutdown days Retirement plan with company match Fantastic company culture All out company events Opportunity for advancement Monday-Friday, Off at Noon on Friday Paid holidays Additional days off for company stretch goal incentives Consistent 1:1s, weekly feedback, and daily standups with your team Strong management, warm energy, and enthusiastic coaching Company Overview Kicksite is a 5-star rated martial arts and gym management software solution serving the industry for over 15 years It was founded in 2007, and is headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas, USA, with a workforce of 11-50 employees.
