We’re Hiring: Clinical Auditor
Homebased with occasional office visits
Permanent, Full Time or Part Time hours available
£50,000-£55,000 per annum

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional neurodiversity services? We’re looking for a Clinical Auditorto join our team andensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and compliant neurodevelopmental services by conducting clinical audits and supporting clinical supervision.

    Acacium Group are a leading global healthcare delivery partner and we are hiring a Clinical Auditor. Part of Acacium Group, Xyla's mental health support team provides a wide range of mental health services to support the NHS and local authorities across the UK. Our goal is to make sure everyone gets the help they need quickly and easily. We provide people with adult digital mental health support, children and young people digital mental health support, group mental health support and mental health assessments.About the RoleIn this role, you will:
  • Perform regular audits of Autism and ADHD assessment reports to ensure compliance with NICE guidelines, Xyla SOPs, and contractual requirements.
  • Assist Clinical Leads and Supervisors in delivering structured clinical supervision, providing feedback to clinicians based on audit findings to improve quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Governance Team to embed best practice and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Support incident reviews and lessons learned processes in line with Xyla’s governance framework.

    Experience and Qualifications We’re Looking For
  • ADIR, ADOS and Diva 5 trained with minimum 1 year experience in conducting ADHD and Autism assessments.
  • Registered healthcare professional (NMC, HCPC, or equivalent).
  • Experience auditing ADHD and Autism assessments
