Summary

We are seeking an experienced clinical professional to review medical records, validate AI-generated outputs, and classify and label clinical data to ensure researchers and legal teams have access to high-quality information for analysis. This role is ideal for candidates with a scientific or clinical background who are interested in working at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and data analysis.

What You’ll Do

Review and analyze various types of medical records, including pathology, radiology, surgical history, and clinical notes.

Classify, label, and annotate medically relevant information such as diagnoses, procedures, treatments, medications, and injuries.

Evaluate medical records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance, applying clinical judgment to clarify ambiguous or complex documentation.

Validate AI-generated medical extractions and classifications, identifying errors, inconsistencies, or missing data.

Perform quality assurance of trained model outputs and document findings to support performance tracking and improvement.

Contribute to the refinement of annotation guidelines, abstraction rules, and review protocols based on findings and feedback.

Provide structured feedback and recommendations to internal teams to enhance data quality and workflow efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

Clinical background required (RN, LPN, ARNP, PA, EMT, or equivalent healthcare experience).

Strong ability to interpret and analyze medical records across multiple specialties.

Familiarity with medical terminology, abbreviations, clinical documentation standards, and data abstraction processes.

Prior experience in chart review, medical record abstraction, or quality assurance preferred.

High attention to detail, consistency, and ability to meet quality and productivity expectations.

Non-clinical candidates with a relevant Bachelor's degree and extensive medical knowledge will also be considered.
