- *Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Clinical Occupational Health Nurse to join our Associate and Occupational Health team at Ascension. As a Clinical Occupational Health Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing treatment for job-related injuries and illnesses, conducting pre-employment health screenings and immunization clinics, and ensuring compliance with applicable workplace safety laws and regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Provide treatment for job-related injuries and illnesses * Conduct pre-employment health screenings and immunization clinics * Ensure compliance with applicable workplace safety laws and regulations * Provide employee counseling and referrals for occupational injuries and illnesses as well as other health-related matters * Monitor trends and causes of employee safety events and work with colleagues to identify areas of safety risk * Conduct safety training programs **Qualifications:** * Licensure / Certification / Registration: + BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required + Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required * Education: + Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire **Benefits:** * Retirement: 403(b) plan * Well-being support: Employee Assistance Program, counseling and peer support, spiritual care and stress management resources * Other benefits may be available based on position, scheduled hours, and location.
