Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Pharmacy Manager to lead and develop our clinical pharmacy services in Oklahoma. As a key member of the Aeetna Better Wellness of Oklahoma team, you will play a critical role in shaping our clinical pharmacy strategy and ensuring the delivery of evidence-based medication management. This position requires a licensed pharmacist in Oklahoma and involves representing Aeetna at state-level meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the clinical pharmacy function, ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team through training, coaching, and professional development.
- Achieve financial goals aligned with organizational targets.
- Champion clinical pharmacy initiatives and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve clinical workflows and systems.
- Develop and manage the clinical pharmacy budget.
- Participate in and influence clinical pharmacy development activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Qualifications:
- Must reside in Oklahoma, preferably in the Oklahoma City area.
- Current, unrestricted Oklahoma pharmacy license required.
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within Oklahoma up to 15% of the time.
