Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Pharmacy Manager to lead and develop our clinical pharmacy services in Oklahoma. As a key member of the Aeetna Better Wellness of Oklahoma team, you will play a critical role in shaping our clinical pharmacy strategy and ensuring the delivery of evidence-based medication management. This position requires a licensed pharmacist in Oklahoma and involves representing Aeetna at state-level meetings.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and lead the clinical pharmacy function, ensuring high-quality patient care.

  • Build and mentor a high-performing team through training, coaching, and professional development.

  • Achieve financial goals aligned with organizational targets.

  • Champion clinical pharmacy initiatives and best practices.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve clinical workflows and systems.

  • Develop and manage the clinical pharmacy budget.

  • Participate in and influence clinical pharmacy development activities.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.


Qualifications:



  • Must reside in Oklahoma, preferably in the Oklahoma City area.

  • Current, unrestricted Oklahoma pharmacy license required.

  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to travel within Oklahoma up to 15% of the time.
