Want to use your radiology background to support the rollout of innovative 3D imaging technology?

We are supporting an Oxford-headquartered medical imaging company developing a new generation of point-of-use 3D X-ray systems. Following continued growth across the UK, Europe and the US, they are now looking for a Clinical Product Specialist to join their North American team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a radiology background with previous clinical applications experience, who enjoys training, customer engagement and supporting the adoption of innovative imaging technology.

Job Title: Clinical Product Specialist

Location: Remote, USA

Preferred location: Ideally based between Texas and North Carolina, with easy access to a major domestic airport

Travel: Frequent travel across the United States

    About the Role
  • Deliver clinical training, applications support and product demonstrations to customers across the US
  • Educate radiology and clinical users on the benefits and effective use of the company’s medical and veterinary imaging systems
  • Build strong customer relationships to support product adoption and maintain high levels of satisfaction
  • Support the sales team with clinical and product expertise during customer discussions
  • Help develop presentations, training materials and other customer-facing content
  • Work closely with Service and R&D teams to resolve issues and improve the user experience
  • Gather customer feedback on image quality, workflow and system performance to support future product development
    Desired Qualifications and Experience
  • Background in Radiography, Radiologic Technology or a related radiology discipline
  • Previous experience in a Clinical Applications Specialist or similar clinical applications role
  • Strong understanding of radiographic imaging and image interpretation
  • Experience delivering product demonstrations and applications training in clinical environments
  • Proven ability to build credibility with clinical users and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, field-based role
