IQVIA is seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to as a Clinical Trial Psych SDIC & YMRS Rater. In this role, you will have the opportunity to remotely assess and evaluate patients' symptoms using the Structured Diagnostic Interview for Clinical Trials (SDIC) and the Young Mania Rating Scale (YMRS). Fluency in Kannada and English is required.

Conduct clinical trials: Responsible for conducting clinical trials to gather data and assess the effectiveness of mental health treatments. Assess patients' symptoms: Utilize the Structured Diagnostic Interview for Clinical Trials (SDIC) and the Young Mania Rating Scale (YMRS) to accurately assess and evaluate patients' mental health symptoms.

Remote assessment: Conduct remote assessments of patients' symptoms using the designated tools and technology provided by the company. Fluency in Kannada and English: Must be able to fluently communicate in both Kannada and English, as this role will involve working with patients from diverse backgrounds. Empathy and sensitivity: Maintain a high level of empathy and sensitivity towards patients' mental health conditions, ensuring a positive and supportive experience during the assessment process. Record and report data: Record and report accurate data gathered during assessments in a timely manner, following company protocols and guidelines.

Collaborate with team members: Work collaboratively with other team members, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and researchers, to ensure the success of clinical trials and the accuracy of data collected. Stay updated on latest research and developments: Keep up to date with the latest research and developments in the field of mental health to ensure the use of the most effective assessment tools and techniques. Maintain confidentiality: Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols to protect the privacy and rights of patients involved in the clinical trials.

Represent the company: Serve as a representative of the company and its mission to improve the lives of those living with mental health conditions.
