Key Responsibilities – Your Daily Impact Guest Service Excellence: Create custom frozen‑dessert creations, operate the point‑of‑sale system efficiently, and provide friendly, knowledgeable checkout experiences. Closing Operations: Execute closing checklists with precision—cash reconciliation, equipment shut‑down, sanitation cycles, and inventory counts. Team Leadership & Training: Coach and mentor associate staff on product knowledge, service standards, and safety protocols; deliver on‑the‑spot training during the shift. Performance Communication: Provide concise progress updates to the Store Manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and staffing needs.
