Are you passionate about real estate and ready to grow a business from the ground up? I’m looking for a dedicated person to co-build as a co-host and grow a profitable Airbnb Arbitrage business. This opportunity is not about simply managing Airbnbs — it’s about learning and applying proven strategies to launch highly profitable short-term rentals using the Calvin Tran business model. We’ll be focusing on building a system that works, not reinventing the wheel. What You’ll Be Doing: +Learning and implementing Airbnb arbitrage strategies as taught by Calvin Tran +Collaborating on deal sourcing, landlord outreach, and property onboarding +Helping build systems for automation, guest experience, and scaling +Committing time each week to learning, planning, and executing as a team Ideal Partner: +Hungry to learn and grow in the real estate/Airbnb space +Experience with Airbnb +Committed to following a proven model, not just freelancing or hosting +Has time to invest in building something long-term +Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and collaborative If you’re serious about creating financial freedom through short-term rental investing — and willing to put in the work to learn and build — let’s connect.
