About the position
- Responsibilities
- Provide research, analysis, and interpretation of division program rules, policies, procedures, and laws.
- Serve as a liaison to connect customers, applicants, partners, and interested parties with available division programs.
- Support, communicate, and collaborate to resolve issues with diverse stakeholders regarding program applications.
- Attend pre-scheduled in-person all-staff meetings and work at the central workplace as needed.
- Requirements
- Three years of experience performing public contact and/or customer service duties comparable to the work of a Public Service Representative.
- At least two years of experience dealing with the public in-person or by phone, providing information about services and programs.
- Experience in explaining rules, programs, and procedures, and gaining compliance.
- Proficient in entering, processing, and tracking data accurately into databases.
- Computer skills, including MS Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

- Experience in problem-solving and resolving disputes when responding to customer complaints and requests for clarification.
