This is a remote position. We are looking for aCold Caller / Lead Generation Specialistwith a proven track record in financial services to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled cold caller and appointment setter with experience reaching out to financial professionals such as CPAs, lawyers, insurance agencies, and financial advisors. The VA will use a provided list of leads to generate interest, set appointments, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities: β’ Cold Calling & Lead Generation:Make outbound calls to CPAs, lawyers, insurance agencies, financial advisors, and other finance professionals to introduce services and generate leads. β’ Appointment Setting:Successfully schedule appointments with qualified leads, following up as needed to maximize conversion rates. β’ Engage Prospective Clients:Effectively communicate the value of services to engage prospective clients and build rapport. β’ Lead Management:Keep accurate and organized records of calls, lead status, and follow-up actions. β’ Reporting:Provide regular updates on call metrics, lead quality, and conversion rates to management. Must-Haves: β’ Expert Cold Caller:Demonstrated success in cold calling, with strong persuasion skills. β’ Appointment Setting Skills:Experience in scheduling appointments with high-quality leads in the financial services sector. β’ Financial Services Background:Understanding of the finance industry, including key roles and terminology. β’ Excellent Communication Skills:Clear, professional, and effective communication skills for engaging finance professionals. β’ Self-Motivated:Ability to work independently, meet call targets, and manage time effectively. Qualifications: β’ Previous experience in lead generation and cold calling in financial services. β’ Strong organizational skills to manage lead lists and follow-up activities. β’ Proficiency with CRM or lead management software (preferred but not required).
