Responsibilities: Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate leads. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs. Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage leads. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services. Achieve daily and weekly call targets to drive sales opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies. Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects. Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve service delivery. Requirements: Proven experience in cold calling or tele-sales preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus. Positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
