- Sell Property & Casualty (P&C) commercial insurance to small and mid-sized businesses
- Quote, rate, and place new business by working with carriers and wholesale partners
- Manage leads and daily outreach through our CRM to drive pipeline and close opportunities
- Advise clients on risk exposures and recommend tailored coverage solutions
- Collaborate with internal brokers and underwriters to secure optimal placements
- Drive new policy sales and hand off bound accounts to account management for a seamless client experience
- Requirements:
- 3-5 years of commercial insurance experience, with strong exposure to E&S lines
- Active P&C license in good standing
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of inbound submissions and warm transfers
- Hands-on experience rating, quoting, and placing business across multiple E&S and admitted carriers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a consultative, client-first approach
- Self-starter with a track record of driving results in a fast paced, high growth environment
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Comfortable learning and navigating new technology, carrier portals, and underwriting systems
- Experience using CRM/AMS platforms and comparative rating tools
