    Job Description:
  • Sell Property & Casualty (P&C) commercial insurance to small and mid-sized businesses
  • Quote, rate, and place new business by working with carriers and wholesale partners
  • Manage leads and daily outreach through our CRM to drive pipeline and close opportunities
  • Advise clients on risk exposures and recommend tailored coverage solutions
  • Collaborate with internal brokers and underwriters to secure optimal placements
  • Drive new policy sales and hand off bound accounts to account management for a seamless client experience
    Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of commercial insurance experience, with strong exposure to E&S lines
  • Active P&C license in good standing
  • Proven ability to manage high volumes of inbound submissions and warm transfers
  • Hands-on experience rating, quoting, and placing business across multiple E&S and admitted carriers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a consultative, client-first approach
  • Self-starter with a track record of driving results in a fast paced, high growth environment
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Comfortable learning and navigating new technology, carrier portals, and underwriting systems
  • Experience using CRM/AMS platforms and comparative rating tools
