The Commercial Real Estate Credit Analyst will support Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers in managing a portfolio of customer relationships, overseeing financial analyses, and assisting in credit requests for approval. Responsibilities Supports Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers to manage an assigned portfolio of customer relationships Overseeing accurate and consistent financial statements spreads, quarterly trend analyses, quarterly monitoring reports and covenant tests in accordance with bank spreading standards and credit policies Analyzing financial data and preparing comprehensive written analyses, analyzing portfolio credit quality and assisting with industry sector reviews, assisting Portfolio Managers in preparing and presenting credit requests for Credit Approval Skills Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience One to three years of experience in a finance/analytical related role Background in economics, accounting, and/or finance and ability to apply knowledge in those areas to understanding the overall lending and business environment Effective analytical and technical report writing skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently performing financial analyses as a first line of defense and communicate potential issues Benefits Healthcare (medical, dental, vision) Basic term and optional term life insurance Short-term and long-term disability Pregnancy disability and parental leave 401(k) and employer-funded retirement plan Paid vacation (from two to five weeks depending on salary grade and tenure) Up to 11 paid holiday opportunities Adoption assistance Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 80 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law Company Overview At U.S.
