Job Summary Wave Bye is seeking an experienced Commercialisation Advisor to join its Advisory Board with an opportunity to serve as a 0–1 Commercialisation Lead to prepare for launch in 30 months (BD, B2B, B2B2C, retail). This role is designed for an operator who has built commercialization engines from the ground up and can help Wave Bye define, validate, and execute its launch strategy across enterprise, employer, retail, and digital health channels. This engagement will begin as 1099 advisory/contract work, with the potential to transition to W2 employment if the fit is right. Key Responsibilities β€’ Serve as a strategic 0–1 Commercialisation Lead, helping define the roadmap to launch over the next 30 months. β€’ Advise on sequencing across BD, B2B, B2B2C, and retail channels. β€’ Shape go-to-market strategy, pricing, packaging, and customer segmentation. β€’ Advise on enterprise sales motion, employer adoption, and retail distribution strategy. Business Development & Partnerships β€’ Support identification and structuring of strategic partnerships with employers, payers, health systems, retailers, and digital-health platforms. β€’ Provide insight on partnership economics and scalable BD execution. Launch Readiness & Execution Planning β€’ Advise on commercialization milestones aligned with clinical, regulatory, and manufacturing timelines. β€’ Support development of launch playbooks, KPIs, and execution cadence. Organizational & Growth Planning β€’ Advise on building early commercial team structure, capabilities, and transition planning from advisory to operating leadership if appropriate. Ideal Candidates We are seeking senior operators with backgrounds such as: β€’ Commercialization or GTM leaders (Head of Commercial, VP Growth, VP BD, Chief Commercial Officer) β€’ Operators who have taken products from 0–1 through launch in regulated or consumer health markets β€’ Leaders with experience across B2B, B2B2C, employer, and retail distribution models β€’ Digital-health, pharma, or consumer-health executives with commercialization experience β€’ Startup operators comfortable in ambiguous, pre-launch environments Preferred Experience β€’ 10+ years in commercialization, BD, growth, or go-to-market leadership β€’ Demonstrated experience launching products in regulated healthcare or consumer health markets β€’ Experience navigating employer, enterprise, and retail partnerships β€’ Strong understanding of how clinical and regulatory milestones affect commercial timelines β€’ Familiarity with women’s health, therapeutics, or population health (preferred, not required) Why Join Wave Bye Build from the Ground Up Help architect the commercialization engine for a category-defining women’s health platform.
