Commission-Only Wholesale Sales Representative (Remote) — Retail Accounts
SoSweet is a fast-growing Swedish candy brand expanding into U.S. retail. We’re looking for a proven hunter who can open new store accounts through outbound calls, email, and relentless follow-up.
Compensation: 100% commission (no base salary).
Indeed may display an estimated annual range (OTE). Your earnings depend on performance.
- What you’ll do
- Prospect and close new retail accounts (candy stores, gift shops, specialty grocery, convenience, etc.)
- Cold call, email, and follow up until you get a “yes”
- Sell our best-selling SoSweet Mixes
- Close first orders through Faire or direct wholesale
- Keep basic CRM notes so we can track accounts + commissions correctly
- Commission (simple + uncapped)
- 12.5% commission on first orders
- 6.25% commission on all reorders
- Paid only on paid + shipped orders for accounts you personally sourced
- Commission is calculated on net product sales (excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts)
Who this is for:
This role is for people who can hunt. If you need a guaranteed salary, this is not the role. You must be comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection.
- Requirements
- Prior outbound B2B sales experience (wholesale/retail preferred)
- Strong phone + email communication
- Organized follow-up and self-management (remote)
- Able to work U.S. business hours

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
