Duties
Β Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and board meetings
Β Attend limited marketing events to promote firm services
Β Provide expert legal counsel in community association law and insurance recovery
Β Manage complex cases, providing strategic legal advice to clients
Β Work closely with firm leadership and other attorneys to drive case outcomes and firm success
Requirements
Β Active Bar license in California (Required)
Β Strong organizational and communication skills
Β Experience in community association law, or insurance recovery is a plus
Β Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Β High attention to detail and effective case management
Education
Β Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school (Required)
Certifications
Β Admitted to practice law in the State of California (Required)
