I’m looking for a community-building expert, NOT a basic social media manager. At Expand Lab, we already handle: Content creation Editing Visibility strategy Funnel building Posting + scheduling Branding + messaging Where I need support is DIFFERENT: I need someone who specializes in growing a genuine, loyal, engaged community around a personal brand — not just getting views. Your role: Help me build a real community of people who: Follow because they FEEL connected Engage consistently Talk back in the comments DM naturally Join the conversation Stick around because of value, trust, and relationship I want someone who has proven experience helping creators grow from 0 → 5k+ followers quickly through community strategies, not just trends.
