Job Description
We are launching a startup in Spain that connects travelers with local pet sitters (similar to Rover/Gudog). We need someone experienced in organic lead generation through Facebook/WhatsApp groups and online communities to find pet sitters interested in joining our platform, with a focus on Madrid and Barcelona. Tasks: • Identify and join relevant groups in Madrid & Barcelona (pets, side jobs, local communities). • Post and interact to attract potential sitters. • Collect and deliver a list of qualified leads (name + contact). Requirements: • Experience generating leads via groups/communities. • Spanish fluency (to interact with locals). • Creative and proactive in finding non-paid lead sources. Offer: • Weekly workload: 7–8 hours. • Payment: $6–8 USD/hour + $2 USD for each qualified lead (pet sitter with name + WhatsApp/email + real interest). • Test project: first 2 weeks with a goal of 15–20 sitters. • Long-term collaboration if results are good.
