Job Title: Part-Time Community Outreach Coordinator – Denver/Parker, CO Working Conditions: Fully remote (local), 15-20 hours per week About Us: At Hiring and Empowering, LLC (H&E), we help law firms grow through business development, client acquisition strategies, and professional education. We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing, and professional person to help us connect with the Denver/Parker legal community. What You’ll Do: • Dropping off materials and resources to law firms and legal professionals • Organizing and coordinating lunch-and-learns to showcase our services • Build and maintain relationships with lawyers, paralegals, office managers, and other legal professionals. • Attend bar association events, paralegal meetings, fundraisers, networking events, and other professional gatherings to increase brand visibility. • Track engagement using CRM, report outreach activities, and identify potential business opportunities.
• Represent H&E professionally and maintain a polished, approachable presence. Who You Are: • Outgoing, personable, and professional • Comfortable networking and conducting calls with legal professionals • Organized, self-motivated, and independent • Socially connected in the Denver/Parker community • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus • Background in legal services, community outreach, or business development preferred • Law students, paralegals, or part-time professionals seeking extra income encouraged to apply Perks: • Starting rate at $25/hour (may adjust for experience) • Flexible, part-time schedule • Performance-based bonus opportunities We understand the complexities of navigating new opportunities in the legal space.
