About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive (Community Partnerships Manager) to engage with community-based organizations, build authentic relationships, and guide organizations in understanding opportunities to partner with Pear Suite. This role combines community engagement with sales acumen to drive meaningful partnerships.
What Makes This Role Unique
Youâll build a pipeline of accounts through genuine community involvement - participating in virtual collaborative meetings, health plan convenings, and community health worker gatherings. Your success will come from being a trusted presence in the communities where our customers work, primarily through virtual relationship building with strategic in-person engagement at key industry events.
What you'll do
- Community Engagement & Relationship Building
- Participate in virtual collaborative meetings, health plan events, and community health worker convenings
- Build authentic, long-term relationships with community-based organizations, health systems, and health plans
- Serve as Pear Suite's regional ambassador at industry conferences, local coalitions, and networking events
- Develop deep understanding of regional health ecosystem, key players, and market dynamics
- Business Development & Partnership Growth
- Own the complete partnership cycle from relationship initiation through contract close
- Conduct highâvalue discovery conversations to identify pain points and solution fit
- Lead Pear Suite product demonstrations and presentations tailored to specific community needs
- Maintain and accurately forecast partnership pipeline using Hub Spot
- Market Development & Growth
- Identify and prioritize target markets within assigned region
- Develop territoryâspecific goâtoâmarket strategies
- Collaborate with marketing team on regional events and content
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to product and leadership teams
- Build referral networks and partnership channels
- Qualifications
- 2â4 years experience in community health, public health, healthcare partnerships, or related field
- 2â3 years business development, sales, or partnership experience
- Demonstrated success building relationships with communityâbased organizations, health plans, or health systems
- Understanding of community health worker models, social determinants of health, and valueâbased care
- Exceptional relationship building and communication skills
- Comfort presenting to diverse audiences from grassroots community groups to health plan executives
- Cultural competency and ability to work effectively across diverse communities
- Strong business acumen and ability to identify revenue opportunities
- Selfâmotivated with ability to work independently in remote/virtual role
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Hub Spot experience preferred)
- Willingness and ability to travel strategically (up to 30%)

- What we offer
- The base compensation range for this position is $77,000 - $85,000 Based on experience and regional market factors
- Variable Compensation: Up to $60,000 annually (based on Pear Suite's revenue goals)
- Total Target Compensation: $145,000
