⚖️ Complex Commercial Litigation Attorney | Fully Remote | Base Salary $200,000+ | 1,450 Billables
A high-end boutique litigation practice is seeking a Business Law & Complex Commercial Litigation Associate to join the team handling sophisticated commercial disputes, regulatory matters, and outside general counsel work.
This role offers direct partner mentorship, significant autonomy, and meaningful responsibility on complex matters.
The Work
You’ll handle a mix of complex commercial litigation and strategic business matters, including:
- Multi-million-dollar commercial insurance disputes
- Business & contract litigation
- Wage & hour class actions
- OSHA and government investigations
- Multi-state insurance & securities regulatory compliance
You will also support a rapidly expanding financial services client operating across multiple jurisdictions.
Ideal Background
- 5+ years commercial litigation / business law experience
- Strong writing, analysis, and litigation strategy skills
- Ability to work with sophisticated business clients
- Comfortable operating in a fully remote environment
Bonus experience
- Insurance law
- Multi-jurisdiction regulatory compliance
- Class actions or government investigation defense
