The Role:
We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Apprentice Compliance Administrator to join our friendly in-house compliance team. This individual will be completing a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship while supporting the compliance team in ensuring that all candidates placed into education settings meet the highest safeguarding and recruitment standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the clearance of candidates for roles in education
- Obtaining and verifying references, qualifications, and employment history
- Processing and tracking DBS checks
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records using internal systems
- Ensuring all compliance processes adhere to relevant standards set out by the Recruitment Employment Confederation (REC) and in guidance such as Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSiE)
- Supporting the wider compliance team with any other duties as required
What We're Looking For:
- No previous experience required - full training will be provided
- A genuine interest in administration, compliance, and/or recruitment
- Eagerness to learn, with a proactive and can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Comfortable working in a busy fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) desirable but not essential

Additional Information:
- This is a fixed-term contract for the duration of the apprenticeship (usually 12-18 months)
