Key Responsibilities: Proactively manage and respond to regulatory requests with a primary focus on US regulatory bodies such as FinCEN, SEC, CFTC, OFAC, DoJ, etc. Coordinate and support all aspects of the compliance audit process from start to finish. Leverage compliance expertise to provide consultative support to business units as needed. Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive the company’s compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements. Assist with the implementation and roll-out of any necessary compliance programs across the organization.
Manage cross functional projects responsive to regulator or monitor requirements. Other duties as assigned. ## Requirements: A minimum of 5-10 years experience in compliance. Exceptional knowledge of US Compliance and Regulatory landscape is required. Prior experience working with a monitorship or US regulatory bodies is highly preferred. A legal background or prior regulator experience is a major plus, but not required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to operate independently and make critical decisions.
