Lewis Brisbois is a full-service Am Law 100 firm, and they are seeking a litigation associate attorney to join its New York office. The ideal candidate will manage all phases of litigation related to property damage and governance disputes for condo and coop boards. Responsibilities Manage all phases of litigation, including drafting and reviewing pleadings, legal research and analysis, motion practice, and oral advocacy Skills One (1) to seven (7) years of experience defending condo and coop boards in connection with inter-building disputes relating to property damage and allegations of breaches of building governance and fiduciary duty Ability to manage all phases of litigation, including drafting and reviewing pleadings, legal research and analysis, motion practice, and oral advocacy Superior writing skills Strong analytical and research abilities Excellent communication skills Admission to the New York Bar is required Benefits Medical Dental Vision Life insurance 401k with employer match Company Overview Established in 1979, Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP is a national, full-service law firm with more than 1,600 attorneys and 54 offices in 30 states and the District of Columbia.
