At Ronda, we’re reimagining how locum vets and clinics connect without recruiters, no delays, just seamless placements. Now we’re looking for someone to help us take that simplicity one step further.
We need an Integration Specialist who can:
Set up and test custom Zapier connections between our platform and other tools
Sync key workflows and data with MailChimp (e.g. segmented mailing lists, signups)
Integrate Pipedrive with Zapier for deal tracking and customer insights
Ensure the setup is scalable, reliable, and easy to update
Ideal experience:
Proven Zapier setup across multiple platforms
Working knowledge of MailChimp and Pipedrive integrations
Understanding of webhook, APIs, and data structure mapping
Clear communicator, proactive problem-solver
Bonus if you’ve worked with custom platforms or two-sided marketplaces.

We are very keen to automate as much as possible any processes in the platform. so for sure we will have more project and any ideas to automise and optimise any part of the process are more than welcome!
