Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction & Property Management Project Manager to lead and coordinate diverse construction and property projects from inception through completion. - Duties
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction and property management projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and company standards
- Draft proposals, invoices, and estimates as needed per contractor
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project flow
- Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes while maintaining strict adherence to project budgets
- Manage and respond to tenant inquiries for work orders through Property Management software
- Oversee project documentation including schedules, reports, logs, and compliance records; prepare comprehensive status updates for stakeholders
- Ensure timely communication of project milestones and challenges to all involved parties while managing expectations effectively
- Skills
- Proven experience in construction management
- Skilled in contract administration including drafting, review, negotiation, and enforcement of agreements
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines
- QuickBooks / Google Sheets / Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus
- Effective communicator capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders across different disciplines
- Knowledge of project management best practices
