The Performance Analytics Consultant will work with the Personal Lines team to execute data-driven strategies, monitor key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights to drive profitable growth. Responsibilities Work with teammates to perform monitoring tasks of strategic initiatives and products, identify areas of risks, opportunities, and provide actionable insights. Work with & understands production, performance & modeled metrics Develop a deep understanding of Personal Line data assets.
Has the ability to combine data from multiple disparate sources Provides solutions to customer needs on large-scale projects and ad-hoc questions. Independently resolves low to medium complexity customer requests Is a Performance Analytics partner who aids state product management Skills Prior Personal or Commercial Insurance experience Working knowledge of analytical and reporting tools Basic knowledge & the ability to write SQL queries to pull data Ability to build working relationships with business partners & and break down complex topics in order to solve problems Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently Product or Pricing Work Experience Project Management Work Experience Experience understanding database structures and data architecture Benefits Short-term or annual bonuses Long-term incentives On-the-bolthires recognition Company Overview
