About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Consultant Psychologist to join our team at Oppam. This role involves providing high-quality therapeutic support to adult clients, ensuring ethical, empathetic, and evidence-based practice. As a remote, shift-based position, you will play a key part in supporting mental health accessibility and providing consistent care.
- Key Responsibilities
- Provide online therapy sessions for adult clinical cases.
- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and maintain accurate client records.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions aligned with client needs.
- Coordinate with the clinical team for case reviews and professional discussions.
- Uphold ethical standards, confidentiality, and client-centered approaches at all times.
- Required Skills & Experience
- Prior experience working with adult clinical populations is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam.
- Ability to offer empathetic, solution-focused, and culturally sensitive care.
- Comfortable working in shift-based schedules in a remote environment. ( Evening Shifts & Weekly Once Night Shifts )
- Qualification
- Master’s degree (MSc) in:
- Clinical Psychology
- Counseling Psychology
- Psychology (with relevant specialization)
