- Job Title: Google Cloud Platform Architect Project Location: Remote Duration: 3 months+/Long Term Job Description: We are seeking a highly capable and collaborative Lead Google Cloud Consultant to drive the delivery of innovative, secure, and scalable cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform). This role is ideal for a technical leader with strong hands-on experience in cloud architecture and implementation, who can guide teams, engage with clients, and ensure successful project execution in enterprise environments.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform, focusing on platform modernization, data transformation, and operational efficiency.
- Translate business and technical requirements into actionable cloud architectures and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between solution design and business goals.
- Implement DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices to modernize legacy systems.
- Support the integration of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, and automation into client solutions.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of intelligent workflows using LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Lead foundational Google Cloud Platform implementations including IAM, networking, landing zones, and security frameworks.
- Mentor and guide technical teams, fostering skill development and delivery excellence.
- Participate in scoping, estimating, and planning of cloud engagements.
- Ensure high-quality delivery through testing, monitoring, and lifecycle governance.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cloud consulting, architecture, or engineering roles.
- 3+ years of experience leading technical teams or projects.
- Proven hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Platform and cloud-native technologies.
- Strong background in software development and platform engineering.
- Experience with Kubernetes, containers, service meshes, and observability tools.
- Solid understanding of cloud networking, security, and compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications or training in cloud technologies or computer science.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification.
- Experience in telecom or other regulated industries.
- Exposure to large-scale, high-availability systems and service mesh technologies....
