As a Consulting Member of Technical Staff, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions for complex clinical systems. β€’ Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns and best practices. β€’ Experience working directly with executive leadership. β€’ Experience working collaboratively across multiple development teams to refine requirements, interfaces and functional responsibilities to create full solutions. β€’ Experience recruiting, mentoring and training of software developers at all levels. β€’ Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset. β€’ Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

β€’ Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. β€’ Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and learn new technologies quickly. β€’ Experience in AI driven development and use of AI applications. β€’ Experience being the escalation point for systemic and large-scale operational issues. β€’ Experience working with distributed systems. β€’ Proficiency in multiple programming languages and software development methodologies. β€’ Graduate degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
