• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns and best practices. • Experience working directly with executive leadership. • Experience working collaboratively across multiple development teams to refine requirements, interfaces and functional responsibilities to create full solutions. • Experience recruiting, mentoring and training of software developers at all levels. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset. • Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and learn new technologies quickly. • Experience in AI driven development and use of AI applications. • Experience being the escalation point for systemic and large-scale operational issues. • Experience working with distributed systems. • Proficiency in multiple programming languages and software development methodologies. • Graduate degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.

You will: • Lead the design and development of complex software systems, ensuring scalability and maintainability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
• Work with executive leadership to refine product requirements and establish delivery milestones. • Use AI technologies both in SW development and also in applications. • Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and fostering skill growth. • Research emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation and enhance development processes. • Understand and design workflows that interact with internal and external Third Party Systems. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and API documentation.
• Be hands-on and ready to lead troubleshooting and debugging efforts of intricate software issues. • Contribute to the architectural decisions of projects, ensuring alignment with long-term goals. • Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize features, delivering high-quality software on time. • Collaborate with executive leadership to deliver solutions consistent with long-term goals and vision.
