Develop and implement strategic plans for the successful delivery of consumer-focused projects and initiatives within the given timeframe and budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify consumer needs and preferences, and incorporate them into project planning and execution. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management, highlighting any potential risks or issues. Proactively identify and resolve any roadblocks or challenges that may impact the timely and successful completion of projects.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures related to consumer banking. Continuously assess and improve project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Act as a point of contact for any escalations related to consumer delivery, and provide timely and effective resolutions. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in consumer banking to drive innovation and improvement in project delivery.

Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in project management.
