We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Centre Manager to lead our outbound sales team. Key Responsibilities:
ย Lead and manage a team of outbound sales agents.
ย Ensure 130+ outbound calls are made daily by each team.
ย Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and generate new business opportunities.
ย Train and coach team members to improve performance and achieve results.
ย Monitor call centre metrics and KPIs to maintain high standards of performance.
ย Collaborate with leadership to optimize outbound sales processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
ย Proven experience in managing and training call centre employees focused on outbound sales.
ย Excellent communication and leadership skills.
ย Strong familiarity with CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
ย Ability to foster a results-driven and energetic team culture.
ย Must have 9 out of 10 English proficiency (written and spoken).
ย Experience in outbound sales, with a focus on lead generation and setting appointments.
ย Ability to work remotely in a quiet environment, with a reliable computer (4 GB of RAM), high-speed internet, and a quality microphone headset.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
Experience:
ย Cold calling: 3 years (Preferred)
ย Contact Center Managing or Training: 2 years (Preferred)
