- The Content Assistant provides a wide range of support for the Product Team with a focus on entry-level tasks that can help team members move forward faster. Key responsibilities include:
- Manages maps, images, artwork, and other assets through in-house tools and training to ensure all TCI assets are properly licensed and tracked.
- Completes tasks across a wide range of editorial, production, and project management work with clear training and support.
- Updates online content for formatting, labeling, and other consistency changes.
- Regularly reviews and fixes consistency issues identified by the team.
- Supports accessibility through maintenance of transcripts, Spanish, and other customer-facing tools.
- Maintains documentation of style changes and other consistency issues as instructed.
- Requirements:
- Available to work 35-40 hours per week during standard business hours.
- Ability to meet deadlines while working independently.
- Attention to detail with strong organization skills.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Google Suite, Zoom, and Project Management tools.
- Advanced experience with Google Sheets, including sorting and filtering, formulas, and cell formatting.
- Interest in working in online content in a task-oriented environment.
This position is remote. The pay range for this position is between $18 and $25 hourly. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related experience, skills and location.
