About Us:
Baya Bar is a fast-growing açaí bowl and smoothie brand with 41 locations, known for our fresh, vibrant products and energetic brand personality. We are looking for a creative and outgoing Content Creator & Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves social media, enjoys being on camera, and is excited to create engaging content while traveling to our store locations.     Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging photo and video content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Travel to various Baya Bar locations to capture in-store experiences, customer interactions, and product content
  • Be featured in social media content, including videos, reels, and promotional campaigns
  • Assist with designing and organizing social media posts and marketing materials
  • Support the creation of marketing assets such as flyers, promotional graphics, and digital campaigns
  • Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to brainstorm creative content ideas and execute marketing strategies
  • Help manage content schedules and marketing-related paperwork for campaigns and projects
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, content styles, and marketing best practices to keep our brand fresh and engaging
    Requirements:
  • Experience creating content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
  • Comfortable being on camera and representing the brand in videos and photos
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling and brand aesthetics
  • Willingness to travel to different Baya Bar locations as needed
  • Interest in the health, wellness, or food industry is a plus
    Work Schedule:
  • Part-time (3 days per week)
  • Based at the Corporate Office in Staten Island, NY, with regular visits to Baya Bar store locations for content creation
