We’re now looking for a creative, skilled, and motivated in-person Content Creator / Videographer to join our team in Tustin, CA. This is a part-time position ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, video creation, and social media growth — with the opportunity to grow long-term as the brand continues to scale. Key Responsibilities • Film and edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. • Capture professional, engaging video content during on-site filming sessions. • Edit videos with captions, subtitles, trending sounds, and on-brand visuals. • Research social media trends and algorithm updates to guide content creation. • Collaborate directly with the founder to plan and execute new creative ideas. • Organize and manage video files, content calendars, and upload schedules. • Repurpose existing video content across multiple platforms. Requirements • 2–5+ years of experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or Social Media Manager. • Proven experience filming and editing short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts). • Strong editing skills using CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere. • Ability to shoot and light high-quality video content (camera or iPhone). • Solid understanding of social media algorithms, engagement strategies, and platform trends. • Reliable transportation — must be available to work on-site in Tustin, CA. • Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong storytelling ability. Preferred Qualifications • Experience growing social media pages or managing brand channels. • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar). • Familiarity with YouTube growth strategies (titles, thumbnails, retention). • Interest in credit, personal finance, entrepreneurship, or business content.
