We're a growing Dubai-based real estate brokerage focused on investor properties.
We need a skilled content strategist to plan and create eye-catching static posts and infographics that drive engagement on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Your Role:
Develop a 30-day content strategy calendar with themes like Dubai market insights, property spotlights, investment tips, and client success stories.
Design static posts (1080x1080px) with atleast 4–6 infographics (e.g., "Top 5 Areas for Rental ROI in Dubai," neighborhood comparisons).
Use tools like Canva Pro, Photoshop, or Illustrator for professional visuals with our branding.
Write engaging captions with hooks, calls-to-action (e.g., "DM for viewing"), and hashtags optimized for international audiences.
Incorporate basic SEO (keywords like "Dubai Investment") for better reach.
Analyze post performance (likes, shares, saves, clicks) and refine strategy weekly.
Requirements:
2+ years in content strategy for real estate, luxury brands, or e-commerce or similar fields with a portfolio with static posts/infographics required.
Proven track record: Share 3–5 examples of high-engagement posts.
Expert in Canva/Photoshop; bonus for motion graphics or video thumbnails.
Time zone flexibility for Dubai overlap.
