Job Description
I'm a Creative Executive with 20+ years of experience building in-house creative teams at well-known. I'm looking for a sharp ghostwriter to help me build a consistent, high-quality LinkedIn presence that reflects how I actually think, not how most executives perform on social.
This is NOT a social media management job. There's no scheduling tool to manage, no comment threads to monitor, no Instagram grid to curate. This is a writing and editorial relationship.

WHAT THE WORK LOOKS LIKE
We talk for 15-20 minutes a week. You take my raw thinking, stories, observations, opinions, and turn them into 2 LinkedIn posts per week. I review, give notes, you refine. I publish.
Topics live in four lanes:
- Creative leadership and building teams at scale
- Lessons from my background as a TVC director
- AI and what it actually means for working creatives (not hype, real experience)
- Amplifying voices and ideas I believe in
- --
WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR
- Strong writer who can disappear into someone else's voice
- Understands the difference between LinkedIn thought leadership and LinkedIn hustle content (I want none of the latter)
- Curious about advertising, marketing, media, or creative industry
- Responsive, reliable, and direct. If a draft isn't working, say so
- Portfolio of ghostwritten executive content preferred
- --
WHAT I'M NOT LOOKING FOR
- Generic motivational content
- Someone who needs heavy direction to produce a first draft
- Anyone who uses the phrase "in today's fast-paced world"
- --
SCOPE & RATE
8-10 hours per week. Looking for an ongoing engagement, not a one-time project. Please share your hourly rate and 2-3 samples of ghostwritten LinkedIn content or executive writing.
This role has room to grow. If the work is good, the relationship grows with it.
