Job Overview
We're looking for a Content Strategy Lead to help run a monthly video production partnership for a multi-brand business. Experience working with B2B, fintech, proptech, or SaaS preferred.
This is not a traditional “social media manager” role. There’s no community management, posting-as-a-job, or ad buying. This role is planning + direction + execution support inside a lean content team producing consistent monthly video output.
- Responsibilities
- Build and manage monthly video content plans (themes, priorities, cadence)
- Translate business goals into clear, executable video concepts
- Create outlines, hooks, and messaging direction for each piece
- Coordinate deliverables across multiple brands/lines of business
- Lead weekly internal planning calls and keep the calendar moving
- Support light editing when needed (basic assemblies, trims, repurposes)
- Requirements
- 2+ years in content strategy, brand, editorial, or video planning
- Strong understanding of corporate video and how to repurpose content
- Comfortable in Premiere Pro
- Familiarity with LinkedIn + YouTube + short-form formats
This role is ideal for someone who can turn abstract business goals into clear, executable content plans. You’re organized, decisive, and comfortable working without constant oversight. You communicate clearly and operate well inside a small, fast-moving team.
