- *What You'll Do:**
- Write engaging blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, and web pages aligned with brand voice
- Create persuasive ad copy, email campaigns, landing pages, and sales collateral that convert prospects
- Research industry topics, competitors, and trends to produce relevant and authoritative content
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize content for search intent and keyword rankings
- Work with designers, marketers, and sales teams to align copy with visuals and campaign strategy
- Edit and proofread all content for grammar, clarity, consistency, and brand alignment
- Interview subject matter experts for thought leadership content and technical accuracy
- Monitor content performance using Google Analytics and provide optimization recommendations
- Maintain content calendars and deliver high-quality work consistently on deadline
- Update existing content to maintain freshness, relevance, and SEO performance
- *What You Bring:**
- 2+ years professional writing or copywriting experience with strong portfolio
- Proven ability to write across multiple formats: blogs, web copy, ads, and sales collateral
- Strong research and editing skills with attention to detail and brand consistency
- Experience writing conversion-focused copy for landing pages, ads, and email sequences
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and content management systems
- SEO knowledge and familiarity with optimization tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Clearscope preferred)
- Background writing for B2B SaaS, marketing agencies, or professional services (preferred)
- Excellent storytelling ability with skill at tailoring tone for different audiences
- Organized multitasker who thrives on learning new industries and managing deadlines
- Reliable high-speed internet and professional remote work setup
