Role Description
This is a contract, part-time remote role for a Copywriter. You’ll play a key role in developing high-performing, conversion-focused messaging across digital campaigns and client marketing assets.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to write with both clarity and performance in mind—balancing brand voice, compliance, and conversion rate optimization in the healthcare space.
- Day-to-day, you’ll be focused on:
- Writing and optimizing digital ad copy (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and landing pages with a strong emphasis on conversion performance (~70%)
- Developing client-facing content, including website pages (new pages and full builds) and marketing collateral such as brochures and flyers (~20%)
- Supporting internal Evolve initiatives with clear, effective copy across campaigns and marketing materials (~10%)
- Collaborating with digital marketing strategists, lead content strategist, designers, and account teams to align messaging with campaign goals and performance targets
- Applying CRO best practices to continuously improve engagement, lead quality, and conversion rates
- Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience writing digital marketing copy, with a focus on conversion-driven performance
- Familiarity with CRO principles and performance marketing environments
- Strong attention to detail, especially in proofreading and accuracy
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a fully remote, cross-functional team
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a contract role
