Role Summary
ROSE is seeking experienced Contract Sitecore .NET Developers to drive the modernization of a high-profile, public-facing insurance website. You will work within a modified-Agile environment, engaging in peer-programming with internal technical teams to deliver a secure, accessible, and high-performing Sitecore 10 solution.
Note: This is a contract position. All resources must reside in the USA.
- Responsibilities:
- Solution Development: Design and implement Sitecore site architecture, including page templates, layouts, and components using C#, ASP.NET, and MVC.
- Modernization: Develop a complete redesign of public-facing web pages, ensuring seamless integration with a suite of custom APIs.
- Co-Development: Participate in peer-programming and daily knowledge transfer with the clientβs IT staff to ensure long-term system sustainability.
- Security & Compliance: Remediate vulnerability defects and adhere to OWASP Top 10 and state-level security logging and coding standards.
- Accessibility: Build and test components to meet WCAG and regional accessibility standards for information communication technology.
- Agile Participation: Engage in Sprint planning, daily scrums, and walk through source code during Sprint Reviews and Demos.
- DevOps: Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines to perform code reviews and static code scanning.
- Qualifications:
- Sitecore Expertise: Minimum 3 years of hands-on Sitecore 10 .NET development experience; Sitecore 10 .NET Developer Certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Performance: Proven experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) technical optimization.
- Sector Experience: Previous experience in web redesign for government agencies, insurance, or the health sector is a significant plus.
- Location/Hours: Must reside in the USA and be available to work 9:00 AM β 5:00 PM EST.
