We are currently seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Control Tower Logistics Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our products to our customers. Manage the entire supply chain process from start to finish, including planning, sourcing, production, and delivery.

Analyze and monitor supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Work closely with suppliers, production teams, and transportation providers to ensure on-time delivery of products to customers.

Conduct regular audits of the supply chain process to identify potential risks and implement contingency plans to mitigate them.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Utilize analytical tools and methods to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize supply chain operations.

Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for adjustments to minimize excess inventory and stock shortages.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the supply chain process and increase efficiency.

Identify and resolve any supply chain issues and communicate them to relevant parties in a timely manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes and procedures to enhance supply chain operations.

Train and mentor new team members on supply chain processes and procedures.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to supply chain management.
